These are solid on the bench and feel like they will last me for the rest of my days doing this stuff. The arms are very stiff and can at times spring back requiring an extra bend but that’s ok. The alligator clips are ok but I’ll probably look for a couple of bigger ones to hold switches etc when being soldered. The packaging was probably the low point. Not much to it and the box was torn leaving me to be thankful that nothing fell out.

Right out of the box you know you got what you paid for which is top quality. I am by any stretch of the imagination a soldering expert, but having these extra hands makes life much easier.

Very good design
I haven't used it yet, but I was able to convert the arms to a magnetic mount (I didn't know you offered magnetic models or I would have bought that) and I will just glue the feet on. Seems very well made and very robust.
Maybe look for a thinner silicon tubing for the teeth as some parts might be too big to fit in there with the thick tubing, but that's a minor issue.

Helping "hands"
Most excellent - a great way to hold small items when working on them - soldering, cleaning, wiring - much better than my old system - also great that one can buy extra "hands" to use with this system. Also really appreciate the silicone sleeves on the clips - as recommended by Linus Tech Tips - whose review caused me to buy this device.

The product is designed as expected and has enhanced one my projects soldering electrical wiring to a control board. This item is very sturdy and there is no need to use a heavier weight to stabilize it. The rubber sleeves for the holders is a great accessory.

My girlfriend gave me this model for my birthday, and I can't say enough about it. This is a super practical tool that has helped me tremendously. I love the colors (they match my soldering iron) and when it's time to pack it all up it fits nicely out of the way without taking up a bunch of room.

Great product, even better customer service
Model customer service, beyond expectations. Notification of shipment delay was sent even though flooding or delays caused by Hurricane Irma surely couldn't fall into reasons for customer dissatisfaction.
